Returns Policy

We know that you love all your purchases from XDMA . However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 

    • Items purchased at a discount and items in a SALE category are called FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. .
  • Items must be returned in original condition to be accepted for return:

No worn, washed, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, You will be contacted via email with the details of your return. 

AFTERPAY & ZIPPAY RETURNS:

AFTERPAY / ZIPPAY purchases are the same process as above. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 

Our International customers are required to cover their return postage. Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at Returns@xdma.com.au and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses do not qualify as damaged.

We offer Free shipping For orders over $150 Australia wide. 

For orders over $150 ADD $5.00 for Express. 

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. 

Please note: These time frames are estimated and act as a guide only. Times do not include packing and processing. These times maybe affected by factors outside of our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, XDMA cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages or delivery delays.
